The company's callous approach to downsizing demonstrated a complete disregard for its loyal employees, who had dedicated their time and effort to the company's growth. While the management portrayed themselves as affable and caring individuals, the reality was quite the opposite. Beneath their friendly veneer lay a group of individuals driven solely by self-interest and a ruthless focus on their business objectives. They consistently put their own interests ahead of their employees' well-being, and any concern for the workforce's morale or job security appeared to be of secondary importance.
