Pros

- Great place to train your mental fortitude, constant barrage of demeaning words from the boss will strengthen your mentality - Amazing place to worsen your self worth, boss will always remind you of how replaceable you are, how stupid you are, and many other reminders - The only place to work with GOD. The boss is a god in this place, the most knowledgeable in all aspects of works, know whats you're thinking, and you must never disagree with him

Cons

- Work colleagues, you will be sad when you somehow leave this place due to the solid & supporting colleagues

Pros

Good friend, good team to support each other

Cons

The WORST company EVER. Why? 1. Micromanaging company. Supported bu the boss that clearly have 0 tolerance and manner, speak rudely to employee, usually the boss will say “you’re stupid”, “that’s nonsense “, “you have 0 idea” and TONS of other sarcasting and hurtful words towards the employee. 2. No one stay here because they like it. Everyone stay just for living. This is the worst company you can apply to, it’s better to be broke at this point rather to enter this sh*t hole. 3. The wife of the owner, which involved in the company, tends to pointing fingers to the employees, even though mostly it is her fault anyway. 4. People always leaving due to all of the negativity this company can produce. If the amount of negativity can turn into money, this will be the richest company in the world. 5. The boss usually will ask the employee a qestion, and THE MOMENT you answer, the moment a word is coming out from your mouth, the boss will say “non sense” “blablabla” , to add, the wife will smiling and laughing about it.
