It's not a company, you will not receive the official offer letter, they promised everything verbally. The appointment letter you will be received after 6 months if you fight with them strongly. There is no scope for you to grow up in your career because your job and salary are insecure. They can fire anytime if they want, they treat employees as a servant. Poor management, all the decisions are taken by MD without involving the senior poeple. If you want to work in a tea shop you can join this company. You cannot get proper relieving from this company, many people still working after complete the notice period. They are not ready to offer relieving letter to their employees. Many employees left this company without relieving letter. Any time they can reduce your salary, there is no fixed salary for employees.
