      Pros

      KLOS Guitars is a fun and challenging place to work. The company since day 1 has tried to be an industry leader in changing how the guitar industry works, both through material innovation and modern day marketing tactics. There are always many interesting projects going on and no shortage of impact to be had.

      Cons

      The company is still small and in the growing phase. By being self-funded, they pay could be better but this is supplemented by the fact that working with guitars is a passion and does make work feel less like work and way more motivating.
