Don't Work Here. It seems cool but its a facade.
Pros
The coworkers were amazing. I became close friends with a lot of them. It was easy to take off work. There were no repercussions to not showing up or showing up late or not even having to call and let them know.
Cons
One of the owners is a misogynist that verbally abuses his employees daily, but calls it "tough love". When enough employees complain about the way they're treated, the brothers go into a long monologue about how their parents didn't hug them enough and it made them strong and we should be stronger too. There is a difference between constructive criticism and berating verbal abuse. They scam customers to make a few extra bucks any way that they can. They don't pay employees enough considering what they have to deal with. No benefits of any kind. They ask their employees to leave "positive reviews" for their company on social media platforms to make them look better. Owners will promote you to "lead" and give you tons more responsibility and job tasks, but offer no pay increase or incentive. Being lead usually just means they have one person they can yell at when something goes wrong. They use the excuse "work harder and maybe we can start giving raises" but never actually follow through. Your opinions and suggestions are invalid and they don't care how qualified you are to give advice, they will ignore any and all even though they try to convince you otherwise. They try to tell us that the "workers in China are happy to do their job in worse conditions and less pay than this so you have nothing to complain about". They play obvious favorites with employees. If you work overtime, they switch you to salary to avoid paying you more. Not a good environment for women. You will be treated as less than.
