Pros
I dont think they have any pros. Extremely money minded people, expect you to work 12 hours and even more at a salary of 12k. Expect high results from freshers without giving them proper training and firing them within a month.
Cons
Not even worth calling it an organization. They want donkeys to work for them, do not want their employees to learn something.
