      People are friendly in general.

      Cons

      Salary is sometimes paid late, Employer's EPF contribution can run behind for several months, There is no bonus in corporate unless project based.

      Fabricator and small EPC company with minimum benefits.

      Cons

      Disrespectful receptionist. HR constantly ignores emails about late salary payment and unfair salary reductions during WFH. Squeaky and leaking toilets. Salary is late for about 6 times a year. Latest date to receive salary is approx 22th of the month. No increment for many years already. Dishonest on bonus. No bonus.
