      Pros

      A fantastic team of motivated, curious and talented colleagues, all pulling in the same direction. Fundamental drive to improve consumers' lives and protect our environment. At the cutting edge of tech, with a positive social impact.

      Cons

      So far I have not found any downsides. My experience is totally positive - we are growing fast and things are ever-changing, and I find that exciting.

      1. Pay on time 2. Allow remote working 3. Great colleagues

      Cons

      1. Top managers are biased and are allowed to do what they want with junior employees eg fire them at will, provide senseless PIP's 2. Quarterly reviews by the manager is based on if a manager likes you or not 3. Some of the top HR managers side with the company so anything reported about a manager is taken directly to the manager which in turn brings conflict between manager and employee. 4. The yearly salary reviews are based on a manager linking the employee.
