Pros

I have been in the influencer marketing industry for about 6 years now, and 2 years ago I decided to quit the industry as I find it stagnant until I met Jason (the CEO), who offered me this role I have now in the company. We got to talking and and something sparked as we have the same goal and objective. 1.5 years later, I am still here, growing alongside the company as it expands with endless opportunities. - Growth & Opportunities - Great company benefits that are actually useful - The company provides flexibility and is work-life balanced, that is if you know how to manage your own time. The job is demanding, the company is not - An open space where you can communicate and express freely professionally and personally - Culture is conducive to creating friends and mentors with lots of opportunities to get involved based on your interests - You get to work with top taught leaders in several industries who are smart, collaborative, willing to share and the essence of the job constantly pushes you to think outside the box I hate to say this but this is a place you can call home, as cliche as it sounds. The people in the company respect boundaries, when it comes to personal and work and this is something I can safely say is hard to come around these days.

Cons

No company is perfect, especially when the company is growing in one of the fastest pace industries. You will be put in many uncomfortable situations, and it is challenging (what is not!), but they don't last. Uncomfortable situations encourage growth.

Pros

u’ll make a few cool friends

Cons

no proper workflow training provided but u are expected to perform anyway. u’ll be surrounded by people who care so much about spreading rumours and badmouthing u even if u never talked to them. some team members are too focused on looking good for themselves instead of making the team look good as a whole. u’ll need to work until midnight and have many mental breakdown episodes, and if you ever think about voicing it out it’s pointless bcs HR DOES NOT CARE and the management will only gaslight u to believing that YOU are the problem. no OT for the extra working hours, and you cannot go home early even if you’ve completed your tasks but claim to be advance/ gen z agency? lol. u’ll be asked to take on others’ tasks sometimes and make u work above ur paygrade. they’ll treat u like a slave but mask it with fake smile and kindness so don’t be fooled. useless top management and team leads but they looove taking credits from your hardwork. this whole company is filled with drama and there’s no one u can trust unless if shoe licking is ur forte. also watch out for this untouchable lesbian couple who’ll talk crap about u in chinese for no reason.

Pros

- build networking with client, Kols, colleagues, working partners - young people young environment - fast learning curve in short period - independence

Cons

- misuse of using the word Altruism and company core value to tie you down to their principles and company toxic practice and culture. ( if you say no means you not following company “beliefs and value) - poor management skills, office politics, dramas, finger pointing blaming, backstabbing among colleagues - lack of leadership and basic communication - highly toxic people and favoritism, biases, social bully, isolation, gaslighting, manipulation, emotional blackmailing, - if you wanna survive you gotta “blend in” and be who there are #nomorebeingyourself - boss is bias with staffs that are closer to management - HR doesn’t really care of your well being genuinely but still gives minimal “support” as part of HR basic job - if you don’t meet their expectations you’re deemed to be isolated/bullied/brush off/ minimal attention. - be prepared for strong mental health to deal with people who act two faces, verbal abuse, fake kindness etc - HR always project fantasies career path that you think you could achieve but likely not because you’re not part of the gang or management friends - no work life balance because you gotta work whenever there’s lack of manpower and overloaded campaigns
