Pros

 Lead the store to achieving the highest Customer Service Satisfaction Survey within the region with an overall score for 2017 being significantly above target.  Responsible for day to day management of customer service, leafing and developing team members, inspiring customers through excellent customer service and to minimize remuneration costs in department.  Led initiative to sell clearance stock by making it more prominent to the customer. Resulting in a reduction in stock loss through effective management of stock, which other wise would have been written off as stock loss.  Successfully trained and mentored three aspiring team members in the region to be successful Customer Service Managers.  Played a pivotal role in opening a new store with hiring and training the leadership teams and 65 associates to be efficient in customer service and logistics  Preforming start-of-day and end-of-day procedures, such as opening and closing out cash float.  Manage customer service , as well as supervising staff of over 50. Within a year I minimized the amount of merchandise eligible for return, thus saving the store from excess product and increasing overall revenue.  Maintained a safe and hygienic working environment.

Pros

Glasses actually look pretty cool. The women are fantastic.

Cons

Thought about writing a review before but didn't want to be the first one to do it. Can confirm all the claims made by previous post. CEO is petty and throws tantrums like an actual child, then will do a complete about-face and expect you to just shake it off because he's over it. At one point I was convinced that he was setting such unrealistic expectations and deadlines because he enjoyed embarrassing employees and admonishing you for failing. Would get into moods where no matter what you did, it was wrong, period, and you were an idiot, period. Straight up gas lighting going on. He thinks he's a temperamental genius but really he's just an entitled jerk. It was so toxic I actually needed to start seeing a therapist. Cried almost every day.

DO YOU ... JUST NOT WITH KREWE

Pros

You will work with some amazing women who will be there to dry your tears in the women's bathroom.

Cons

The CEO has a short temper. He screams at employees in the office. Then five minutes later will be jumping around singing. He also inappropriately will touch employees. Additionally, he will make fun of people. He will make fun of your outfit. Or if you aren't smiling he will tell you to smile. The President is never in the office. No one really knows what he does. The office is predominately women. The men in the office make more than the women. Everyone is overworked to the point of mental breakdowns. There is a sofa in the women's bathroom, that any day of the week you can find one of the women in the office crying on it. Lots of extracurricular work activities that employees are expected to attend which blurs the boundaries between work and play. When you are hired they will low ball you. They will tell you, you get a salary increase. After six months, you'll have to beg for a raise, even then you'll still have to prove yourself. You might get lucky and get a bonus.
