As you noted, we’ve been growing at a rapid pace and, as we expand, we expect to experience some growing pains. While this is normal for any growing company, we try to address these issues as soon as they arise or are brought to our attention. We are sorry you felt at times there was lack of direction or disorganization. At KRT, we work very hard to put processes in place to create a structure where our clients and KRTers will be supported in the best way possible.
