      Super helpful co workers, good support system to lean on

      Onboarding training is not fully developed, very high expectations for new grads with little guidance from upper management

      Probably above average in pay, benefits, incentive plans, etc.

      Cons

      Sr. Mgt. view of employees below average. Seem to view as just a resource to use. Only give lip service to "work/life balance". Say one thing, but actions are in contradiction to their words.

      Pros

      KS2 is a great company. Positive attitude of everyone. Many remote employees and they do what they can to help you feel like part of the team. The company is a great place to learn JDE, many opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      No cons really. Plenty of work to do. Great people to with which to work.
