      Pros

      Overall, I learned a lot and the name looks good on my resume! Some of the people are nice, but a lot of complacent folks who don't act like they want to progress in their careers.

      Cons

      In terms of salary, this company does not pay well at ALL! Management does not care about pay raises, even cost of salary is only 1%

      Used to be a great place to work...until Bully became top manager

      Pros

      Great forward thinking company. Great group of talented hard working people have filled the building. Good business ethics.

      Cons

      Current Top Manager passed over several times for the top position. How they got put into the power position is a question.

      Pros

      -Gain career experience. -Pay isn't terrible. -Some cool managers. -Work next to the Oakland estuary. -Decent benefits for full-time employees. -Cox pension.

      Cons

      -Gear-grinding shifts. -Minimal career growth potential (starts to feel like a dead-end job). -News and production management are callous towards employee needs. -Work loads are terrible. -Management is out of touch with employee job concerns... the ones that aren't out of touch don't care.
