Business outlook
Pros
- positive team atmosphere and co-workers and managers were friendly and supportive - employee appreciation every week and bonuses/incentives and pay are good
Cons
- it was a sales based position (insurance broker) and was told the sales would come and it does take time but they let me go after only 2 1/2 months due to lack of sales - only 2 in total but 6-7 weeks of that was training, so I was not given a chance to get into my stride/comfort zone. They will let you go immediately if you don't pass RIBO exam or if you aren't getting results right away.
