      Strong earning potential with new staff challenges

      Pros

      Strong Earning potential with plenty of benefits. Monthly Commissions, Quarterly and month Quota bonuses and strong salary. Strong leadership and company provided sales training.

      Cons

      Mostly new staff due to older staff retirements from last year. Auto reimbursement can be better or company car would be preferred. Work life balance to get sales rolling can be difficult.
