Pros
Decent work-life balance. Management is generally forgiving towards the younger/inexperienced personnel.
Cons
Company is lean, so not much room for career progression. No bonus / little benefits. Mainly a Chinese-speaking company so non-Chinese staff will tend to feel left out and have difficulty picking up new skills. Lacks good supervisors who can effectively mentor and motivate those under them.
