This particular CEO is shady and has nothing but lies. He often cheats his employees and investors with his motto - "we will honor your salary/compensation until we raise next round"; and "i really hate not to pay people for their hard work"; "our board (fictitious, there is no board. He just uses other people's names) is really strict with the budget" but in reality he just does not want to pay people. He uses people and dumps them. Addition to all his lies, he constantly forges documents for existing investors and potential employees and investors. This guy IS involved in several investment frauds
