wfh along with micromanagement onsite with micromanagement Low salary - non to very very low salary increase if not only the increments imposed by Govt. You may have to work the jobs of 2-3 people at the same time and no appreciation in terms of financial support. Your increment percentage will depend on how well you handled the jobs of 2-3 people without asking for leave on a meagre salary. Some countries are well paid but others paid disregard to inflation and living conditions. Almost all newcomers leave within couple of months.
