      Toxic culture

      Pros

      It used to be a great company to work for until the current COO came into their role. Now, the staff are made to work long hours, there is little to no support from line management and staff are burnt out.

      Cons

      There is a bullying culture amongst the certain teams such as the bespoke content team, which makes for an unpleasant working environment. Unfortunately the COO and management team has not put effective methods in place to address this, which is extremely disappointing.

      Don't Bother in North America

      Pros

      - Great teammates and team managers. Lots of room to learn from managers and co-workers - Gives employees the leeway and freedom to work without constantly looking over their shoulders - flexible workplace

      Cons

      - This company is clearly leaving the North American team behind. All layoffs come in North America, even if the financial losses are from UK - Exec team does not take any responsibility. When major issues happen the blame gets put directly on individual contributors - If you are in North America, prepare to work UK hours. - Leadership is a bunch of older white guys, which is reflected in the hiring process and decision making across the board.
