Great training, flexibile working hours, career progression and professional certification offered.
Cons
Not a con as such but it's a self employed role and you will get out what you put in. It's hard work and repairs attention. Not for the type of person that isn't prepared to be disciplined and driven

Pros
There are perspectives to make good money. Suitable for women taking care of their children or people who work as freelancers and entrepreneurs.
Cons
Online training is not the best. Management approach is not the best. Based on sales, you don't sell, you will be fired without notice. Before joining, make sure you have a network or community that believes in the insurance products. Not a type of position that you make it as a main source of income. It is extra source of income.
