Management and department supervisors recognize and appreciate the hard work and sacrifice the employees endure year after year and they are justly compensated. Kamterter has an excellent benefits package that includes affordable health and dental (employee’s individual premium is 100% paid for) , matching 401k, profit sharing, paid time off, etc.
Cons
Kamterter is not for everyone. It is upsetting to see individuals use a platform such as this to blast a very negative opinion about the company, simply because Kamterter was not a good fit for them.
