      They Present Well....Which is not Accurate

      None. They are aweful to work for. Constant employee turnover.

      Cons

      Working for them is the CON! They cannot retain any employees. They force you out or fire you typically within thr first few months, but oddly enough just after you pass probation.

      Toxic work place with a delusional ownert

      Rate of pay, equipment is nice, good coworkers

      Cons

      Office staff is clueless, owner believes nothing will ever break with zero maintenance put into the equipment. Unsafe work practices eg, making workers walk up active haul roads to “save our trucks” unpaid travel, dirty accommodations, no mechanics, tries to cut corners at all costs
