Lots of shady stuff going on all the time, leading to inter conflicts. Constantly trying to cut the budget High turnover rate Conservative Korean mindset, but pretends like they're not Talks big, but no show (lower pay than discussed, no benefits, etc.)

Low pay, but they think it’s a lot. Start work at 7am and are reprimanded for being 1 minute late. Title change without asking. No room for advancement or pay raise. High turnover rate. Promised benefits but never received them. Super quiet and boring. Management completely changes responsibilities every week. Cameras are everywhere and you are being watched and monitored.
