There's a staff sale for employees.

- Non flexible working arrangement, forced to come to the office 3x a week and attendance is monitored, if we fail to stay in the office for 9 hours a day there will be a deduction in salary that month. - Management team aims for really high achievements and targets but we are not given the necessary resources for execution to achieve the desired target
