      Pros

      - Very diverse culture that fully supports unique personalities - Genuinely committed to employee success & personal growth - Extremely family-first and encourages a true work life balance - World class Development & Product Teams (we're spoiled) - Truly customer first across every aspect of the company - Extremely agile when it comes to our product & customers - Our customers LOVE US (we have a high retention rate) - Open and transparent culture (in a positive but meaningful way)

      Cons

      This isn't really a con but the Startup Culture isn't for everyone so be really certain this is the path for you before diving in. There is a LOT of support but definitely no hand holding here so you have to be willing to figure things out. You also need to be super open to change and be willing to adapt and pivot in your roles and responsibilities as the company grows - those who aren't truthfully just won't thrive here. If these sound like positives to you, you may have just found your new family!

      Pros

      - Strong focus on team through creation of phycological safety, trust, and joint goals. Promotion of working through difficulties actively. - Acknowledgement of individual strengths and empowerment to capitalise on those points - Willingness to re-evaluate and take a new direction - Openness and transparency across the business including leaders and executives - Knowledge sharing and growth opportunities - Incredible client focus from across the business delivering not just "awesome tech" but technology that actually works and solves the clients pain points. - Great benefits and flexible work in terms of location and timing

      Cons

      - For those who want high structure, to stay in their lane, or for someone else to tell you what needs to happen all the time... not a good fit - Startups are risky
