      Pros

      Never go with Kapil. Not even if this is the last company of the world. They are cheating people. They don't know who is good and bad. They want profit at any cost.

      Cons

      The one who will join would repent very badly. They just listen medium management and high management only. They need to learn many things. They don't know even what is recruitment. If you are dissatisfied with your life then also don't go.

      Pros !!! What i was searching for in my entire job.

      Cons

      Worst work culture. Always focused on their benefits. Always hire freshers so they don't need to pay them for last month. Employees stays max to max 8 months. you will never gets your last month salary.

      Low salary salary on hold every thing is fake all the commitment are fake Higher management don't care for their employee HR policy are fake During Interview time what ever HR Told you are Fake All the time HR and Higher Management find your mistake to fire you NO Incentive After Resign no salary Low performance than your salary on hold Management want you to give them all the money they don't want to give money to their employee All the policy are rule what HR tells you in Interview are FAKE Overall this is Hell. Strong Suggestion DON"T JOIN THIS HELL
