With regards to compensation and benefits, we engage in external strategic benchmarking when determining appropriate compensation ranges and benefit offerings. The company also offers a generous benefits package for full-time employees that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid parental leave, paid time off, paid sick leave, 401K matching, and a tuition reimbursement program, among other offerings. Additionally, Kapitus engages in fair employment practices and provides a comprehensive performance management process for all employees.
