      Free soft pretzels on Fridays.

      Cons

      Low pay, terrible benefits, no office supplies, dirty kitchen and bathrooms. heavy work load, no direct deposit, paid at 4pm at the end of the day, freezing cold in the winter. Treats paying customers rotten.

      Pros

      Kappa Publishing Group,LLC and Kappa Books Publishers, LLC has been acquired by Keesing USA Holding Inc. The new Management style of Keesing is an employee centered environment. There is more emphasis on collaboration between all levels of the organization. Employees are encouraged to work together as a team to further the overall growth and direction of the company. With the new inclusion into a larger organization there are more opportunities for employee advancement and growth.

      Since the acquisition we have not incurred any negative feedback from the employees.
