Pros

Not much here. And nothing seems to have improved either.

Cons

Poor strategy and execution at the top management level Compensation-wise, you will be given a hike when you are about to quit. Till then, you will have to bear the hike given to you Benefits - hardly any. 5-day working from office, and 0 trust on employees Culture - there is a very toxic culture in this place. Extremely regional in their hiring and open promotion of the language-based hiring that they do. Everyone at the top management is hand in glove with this, although on the outside, they talk as if they are very mature in their thoughts. Values - no values. There is no organisational value system. Anyone can do anything and if they make enough noise, they are cited as a great performer. Diversity - very targeted in their terminations. Have hired some IIM folks who are good with theory and fail at execution because of poor experience and lack of functional knowledge. Open to defaulting on promises given to clients, and they encourage employees too do the same, because of organisational misalignment & poor strategy.

Pros

Provides opportunities for recent graduates (though the quality of experience and mentorship is highly questionable).

Cons

Exploitative Hiring: Focuses on hiring cheap, inexperienced interns from "trash colleges" rather than investing in skilled professionals. Substandard Output: Interns are rushed to produce code without adequate training or supervision, leading to "trash code" and technical debt. Lack of Development: Interns are taught only the basics and are not properly mentored, hindering their professional growth and the company's long-term technical health. Perceived Inequity: Other teams are seen as unproductive, while the burden falls on a few, including the under-skilled interns. Demoralizing Culture: Hardworking employees are still questioned about their output ("what do you do?"), indicating a lack of trust and appreciation. No Real Benefits: The company offers little in terms of employee benefits, compounding the negative experience. Mental Harassment: The high-pressure environment, lack of support, and unfair scrutiny contribute to significant mental stress and harassment. High Turnover: The "trash company" culture directly leads to employees leaving.

Pros

I don't really think there are many advantages to joining Kapture CX - probably the hierarchy is thin and so you'll have more contact with the leadership, and more visibility. I guess the salary is also competitive and matches industry levels.

Cons

1. Leadership has no vision. The CRO is decent, I guess. 2. There is a toxic environment where certain people can be set up for failure. 3. People shout, scream, yell, and use filthy language. It's pretty common. 4. Customers are churning but no employee is aware of the full picture. No transparancy and no accountability. If you have other offers, please go for them. If you don't have any offers, and are passively looking for opportunities, look at others. Only if you are unemployed currently, and don't have any offers, choose Kapture CX for the timebeing.
