Poor strategy and execution at the top management level Compensation-wise, you will be given a hike when you are about to quit. Till then, you will have to bear the hike given to you Benefits - hardly any. 5-day working from office, and 0 trust on employees Culture - there is a very toxic culture in this place. Extremely regional in their hiring and open promotion of the language-based hiring that they do. Everyone at the top management is hand in glove with this, although on the outside, they talk as if they are very mature in their thoughts. Values - no values. There is no organisational value system. Anyone can do anything and if they make enough noise, they are cited as a great performer. Diversity - very targeted in their terminations. Have hired some IIM folks who are good with theory and fail at execution because of poor experience and lack of functional knowledge. Open to defaulting on promises given to clients, and they encourage employees too do the same, because of organisational misalignment & poor strategy.
