Pros
Working closely with the founder. Got to ride the bikes, nice people all round. Fair pay. Cycle to work incentives.
Cons
Did a lot of supplier management and paperwork rather than product development as I had initially hoped. Very tight nit core of people allowed to participate product development. Old-school engineering software.
