      - nice and ususalycompetent colleagues - good/helpful IT department - a good working atmosphere

      Cons

      - unclear who is doing what - too many times the wrong person is doing a task - big difference between work conditions of the different subsidiaries - too much emphaysis on what you are doing wrong

      There are so many good people who work here.

      What used to be a dealer focused has turned into a call center where you are at the mercy of ANYONE who calls. Job became not fun.
