      Pros

      Having the chance to join such an amazing team early stage is amazing. The subject is really interesting and the Todo list full of opportunities! The founders are doing a great job in their respective fields but also in leading the team with positivity in mind.

      None, except needing to love to hustle!

      Pros

      The teams are motivated and qualified, the work life / balance is good. You can be autonomous on your work, the direction is close to the employees and doesn't hesitate to redistribute the benefits.

      Cons

      As is it still a StartUp , there is no works council.
