Pros

Not to much work to do so a lot of free time. You’ll learn how to navigate office politics.

Cons

Doesn’t function like a law firm. Team doesn’t do core legal work. Attrition is insane. The team refreshes every year. All of the good feedback on this page is likely posted by the firm itself. And they’re a vindictive set of people after you leave.

Not real legal work

Pros

Entry into Dubai; less work pressure; easy work.

Cons

There are several cons. Firstly, the company does not have any regard for employees. The firing is very arbitrary; even after years of service, they do not value employees. Letting people go is a very common practice. Please be careful about joining without receiving a visa in hand, as there have been situations where visas were delayed or not provided as expected. The quality of work itself is very poor. The work is mostly focused on compliance, and not actual legal work. There is a general lack of meaningful professional learning and growth. Overall, it is not a place where employees feel supported or able to build a long-term career. The office politics is another story altogether. A significant part of employee time and energy is invested in office politics and aligning with the cliques. Hindi is the common language.
