Pros

KARM pays fairly well for a boutique setup, especially given their focus on FinTech and regulatory work. If you’re a strong performer, you can grow quickly, the team’s small enough that good work gets noticed fast. Since it’s still a growing firm, salary bands have moved up quite a bit. They rolled out a 25–35% hike across all levels starting 2025, so they are evolving fast.

Cons

Because the firm is so focused on FinTech and regulatory stuff, you won’t get much exposure to traditional areas like real estate or litigation. If you’re looking for a generalist role or want a bit of everything, this probably isn’t the right place.

Pros

Not to much work to do so a lot of free time. You’ll learn how to navigate office politics.

Cons

Doesn’t function like a law firm. Team doesn’t do core legal work. Attrition is insane. The team refreshes every year. All of the good feedback on this page is likely posted by the firm itself. And they’re a vindictive set of people after you leave.
