Difficult to Participate in Effective Management

Pros

I met a lot of friendly young female trainers. The pay is higher than most companies although the owner did find various ways to prevent me from getting paid when I was asked to do extra work or work overtime.

Cons

It seemed like there was a lot of confusion and no guidance. When I recommended a way to streamline business to make productivity and workflow more efficient or beneficial to contracted trainers and clients, I was unable to convince the owner to adapt to new and more recommended methods.

It was a good thing that I mostly work with dogs and not with the owner himself!

Cons

Nothing could be worse than working with a narcissist business owner who thinks he knows everything! His horrible attitude got in my nerves when he started yelling when we had an argument and almost lost my temper!

Awful Owner Doesn't Care- It's Clearly Evident

The owner doesn't care about anyone you, the dogs, or even the clients. So, if you plan to join, BEWARE!

Cons

The owner was an awful, arrogant, self-centered individual who didn't care about anyone but himself. This horrible person had minimal knowledge of dogs, provided poor training, and didn't care about the job stress of individual employees. It was ridiculous. Avoid working here if you want even a bit of job satisfaction. This is the worst workplace you will ever see!
