Inclusive work environment with plenty of autonomy, support and encouragement.

Cons

Can be hard as always having a main head office in Melbourne however they are ad inclusive and understanding of this wherever possible and constantly improving things

Pros

Immediate team in the warehouse was very tight. Great warehouse manager and operations manager. The business implemented mandatory 1-on-1 weekly meetings between managers and their staff. This was great for morale, and I have taken this practice to subsequent jobs.

Cons

Lack of substantial pay increases based on performance. Management has changed since I have left. As such, I'm unsure of the current morale
