Pros
Very supportive team who is always more then willing to help with anything. Very good training.
Cons
Very long hours (9 hours+ including Saturday) You only get paid commission. They say $400/ week which is not true. They pay you if you sell. No sale, no check. You don't get paid for your training week even though you work 54+ hours. I worked over 110 hours and got paid less then $200.
