Kartngo is a startup company with significant challenges in its employee management practices. If you’re considering working here, be prepared for a high-pressure environment with a lack of recognition and appreciation for your efforts. The company has ongoing issues with salary payments, often delaying payments for over a month. Employees typically receive their current month's salary late and have a "holding month" that remains unpaid. There are no opportunities for promotions or annual salary increments—what you start with is what you get. When employees voice concerns or request improvements, their feedback is often dismissed. Based on my experience and that of many others, I wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than a year—if you can manage that long. My advice: consider other opportunities that value and respect their employees.
