The company has a very good management system. The day to day work allocations with team is excellent. The top management involves on a timely basis to enhance the understanding of the employees, discuss the current issues and also motivate the employees. Though it is a start up company it follows a prompt schedule on paying the salaries and incentives to its employees. Provides good and healthy manager - employee relationship. Offers a good work life balance.
Cons
Surrounding premises can be improved by raising complaints to municipality or can be taken care by the company.
