Pros
Helping needed girls and creating upcoming leaders for upcoming world.
Cons
This organization thrives on backbiting, manipulation, and workplace politics. Employees are often treated like manual laborers, expected to handle heavy responsibilities for relatively low salaries. The company shows little respect for employee privacy and work-life balance, as staff are frequently expected to be available even during approved leave. No matter how hard you work, recognition and appreciation are rare. One of the most concerning trends is that, over the past six years, a significant number of employees from the execution and operations teams have left the organization, while most leaders have remained in their positions for 6–10 years. This creates the impression that the organization operates more like a political party than a professional workplace. The work itself is not particularly difficult, but the toxic culture and people make it an extremely challenging environment to work in.
