Pros

Have some really lovely coworkers. And it's a great place to win a discrimination lawsuit (don't sign the severence agreement!).

Cons

First and foremost, this company retaliates and discriminates against its employees, and keeps losing lawsuits for it! Employees fired for age, disability, and retaliation for raising concerns. There is also no on-site manager, so what should be a high-payimg burden of figuring shipping and time constraints is put on its low level employees. But don't mention it or they'll fire you! In a team meeting about scheduling changes, another former employee brought up her concerns, and the "co-founde" threatened her with lawyers- in a team meeting in front of everyone! That is the character of the "owners", expect no more from working at this business. There is a reason they're always hiring!

Pros

Wonderful coworkers and interesting work

Cons

Cofounders hired part-time workers to do 99% of labor and production for as low as $12-13/hour. Hopefully this has changed as they offered no other form of support. Employees were often low-income minorities and commuted over an hour. One employee said they would not want to work in an environment where cofounders could not be understanding of mistakes. They quit on the spot or were fired. Curious if there is an HR employee yet. A few words: aesthetics > ethics, Performative, A lot resonated from the other recent review... not surprised about the discrimination, lawsuits, or co-founder threatening an employee with legal repercussions for voicing legitimate concerns.

Pros

- Truly kind, caring people—it’s a compassionate, supportive environment. - Authentic culture that matches the mission; low ego, high collaboration. - Work feels meaningful and fulfilling. - Strong teamwork and cross-functional support. - Leadership is invested and accessible and truly cares. - You’re trusted to do great work and encouraged to grow. - A real “we’re in it together” mentality. - The brand is thriving and expanding quickly—lots of excitement!

Cons

- As a small, growing company, priorities can shift quickly. - Some processes are still evolving, so flexibility is important. - Small team = wearing multiple hats with limited resources at times. - Fast-moving + occasionally unclear lanes—great for self-starters, harder if you need more structure.
