Commuting to White rock was brutal
Management sucked
Fake promises and wrong direction
CEO was incompetent and full of wrong promises
Company’s board and ceo treating employees as second hand citizens
The team was very collaborative and helpful. I was working for 2 years at Kater and I learned a lot. I had the opportunity to elevate myself. Everybody was working hard and was friendly with each other.
The team was organized very well. They used modern technology and a very good scalable structure.
Cons
As a start-up company didn't have a backup plan on the business model and that caused many issues.
