Pros
One of the most talented group of people that I've worked with, they have made me want to be better at what I do and take on new challenges, Management is extremely aware of everything that is going on and open to new ideas.
Cons
This is not just any job, you have to believe in the vision in order to be successful here, which is not necessarily a con, but its something to be aware of. Won't be able to go home and detach yourself from what's going on if you are doing your job right, just like most companies in this industry. if you want just a "gig" or "job" this is not the place for you.
