Pros

None. I would give them negative stars if possible.

Cons

- They threaten employees if they refuse to work weekends or extended hours - They don't let you take leave unless it's a medical emergency - Employees are expected to be at the beck and call of clients, even if that means working 1am on a Sunday - No reimbursement for extra hours either through TOIL or overtime pay - Favouring employees by handing out promotions and jobs to inexperienced people with no experience in the industry - Toxic work ethic where the Director confides in a few employees regarding other employee salaries and contracts as well as business decisions. - New employees quit within a month of being hired - No internal processes regarding work - No accountability regarding mistakes - employees not at fault are usually blamed - Marketed as a 24/7 support service even though no one is hired on a shift basis. Which is why employees are expected to work until 9pm and weekends. - Do not pay out bonuses even if you hit all your KPIs

Thank you for taking the time to write these comments. Perhaps your review is not about Katzion at all because your post contains so many inaccuracies, however we do appreciate that each former employee will have their own subjective view and we want to take this the opportunity to speak about Katzion....and what it is really like. Are we a small start-up with big aspirations - you bet ya. Is the day ever changing and we need to pivot at the click of a finger - we certainly do. Do we have lots of exciting work on the go, spanning 10 large clients, 4 continents and 5 offices – guilty (as charged). Do we work hard and play hard - of course we do, in fact we offer 5 weeks of paid annual leave, not the standard 4 weeks. Sometimes it is hard to get a word in on our Zoom calls because of the banter and laughing - that would be true. Do we all compete each Monday morning to see who had the best highlight for the weekend - that we do (a lot of the time it revolves around family, friends, nature and food) On Friday afternoons will you find us in a trivia battle, or testing the hand eye coordination in a game of ping-pong - indeed you will Are we perfect? Actually we are far from it, but we are evolving fast, constantly improving our processes and we are extremely proud of the people that are a part of it.
