      Pros

      - only benefit is the industry is fast paced

      Cons

      - no competitive pay at all - no growth - too many responsibilities - strict management - no wfh options at all - sometimes long hours - learning new skills cap out after 6 months of working here

      Small teams, high visibility to stand out

      Cons

      Micromanagement at every step Management actively discusses lowering WLB boundaries, long hours are expected Base pay is 30 to 50% lower than equivalent roles in other industries No stock/equity compensation Nonstop politics with other departments and customers Antiquated software with 0 modern management tools, expect everything to be done in excel and email Burnout is expected in under a year

      Some very nice employees and the pay was pretty good. My boss was amazing, probably my favorite one I've ever had.

      Cons

      Horrible management, 25% employee turnover, they actually had to form a team to try and stop people from quitting... 1 yr later 60% of that team was no longer employed...
