      You get exposed to very unique methodologies, working environment and subject matter. Coding standards are high & strict - very good for the next position Salary is very competitive.

      Cons

      Can't work from home Coding standards are high & strict - at times a nuisance (Rare) - get called at unconvenient time to fix a problem
