      Pros

      Kayo Energy has a high focus on leadership development and helping each individual to achieve their personal potential. The job is highly competitive and fast paced and provides individuals the opportunity to create financial freedom and life life on their terms.

      Cons

      The sales role is commission only. It isn’t for everyone. The commission structure is very aggressive and creates the opportunity for employees to achieve financial freedom if they are willing to work for it.

      Good operations. Install times are relatively fast.

      Cons

      CEO is extremely shady. Make sure that everything agreed upon is in writing due to the number of side deals going on at the company. Pay is on the lower end of industry standard. If you’re an experienced solar rep I would recommend working elsewhere.

      Great Operations on the back end to get jobs installed as quickly as possible

      Cons

      Leadership is always in and out, and the culture always suffers. Better off finding somewhere with people you enjoy working with because there are so many solar companies out there.
