      There are not any pros that I can think of

      There is a complete lack of leadership. C-levels do not deal with respect or motivate staff. A lot of nepotism, gossip, and double standards. A toxic work environment. The C-level are constantly watching out for whom to fire next, and on the other side, the workforce is hunting for better employers... All the values they say they stand for are "lies," as are the paid so-called "Awards"
