Challenge with the owner making it a revolving door of hiring and firings on almost a monthly basis. Owner does not seem to have a grip on how to run a business and will condescend employees regularly along with other co-workers who are close friends. Toxic environment, much passive aggression and salary was way lower than industry standard.
