Sometimes I find I feel a little disconnected when working from home full time when you don't see colleagues or management in person regularly, however this isn't really a Keentech issue but rather just a work from home issue in general. This was more an issue when we first started working from home as it was a major adjustment, but now that I have a year or two of it under my belt it is much easier to not allow myself to feel down on my contributions and to get re-assurance when needed that things are going well. This is likely just a personal thing inside my brain as I tend to doubt myself until I get confirmation I am doing well. Given the choice between commuting to an office and working from home, there is no comparison to be had. Working from home is awesome.

Unpaid expenses in over 3 months, often more then 1000$ owed Very bad internal communications No possibility for growth whatsoever Impossible to get product on time for clients Management keeps all the money to themselves, pocketing big bonuses at the end of the year 1$/ hour raise over 2.5 years with of service, you get a better raise working for starbucks Lots of promises never delivered No company culture or mission whatsoever, other then making as much money as possible it seems
